I was fortunate enough to be invited to try the one of the first lunch buffet offerings at "F Restaurant" so I'll share the experience here with you. Their buffet changes daily and is still at its dry run period so expect some alterations and improvements in the upcoming days. While we were dining, I noticed F Restaurant's General Manager Chad Davis was entertaining all the guests and welcoming their opinion about their offerings.
The lunch buffet has several stations serving a complete course that includes Appetizers,Seafood, Pastries, Cheese, Soup, Main Course, Shabu-shabu and Dimsum and Dessert.
Appetizers
F's appetizer section had the most variety among the rest. From the Japanese Cuisine, they had salmon and tuna sashimi, crab sticks and special maki. The special maki is pretty good! =) There were a lot of varieties of canepes and salad too.

Although F has a seafood section, it didn't offer much. There was boiled crab and prawns and fresh oysters.

Just beside the pastries is the cheese section. I'm a cheese enthusiast so I hope they could add more variety in the future.

Shabu-Shabu and Dimsum
They have a Shabu-Shabu (Hot Pot) section where you can choose your favorite ingredients and have F's chefs cook them for you. They also serve dimsum that includes Sharks Fin Siomai.

It's great that they had a lot of side dish options because Filipinos really have to eat one of these staple foods to be satisfied.

They had more seafood varieties which are pricey if ordered on ala carte! The Mixed Seafood Au Gratin was my favorite dish of the day!
Roast Beef in Mushroom Sauce and Grilled Tuna Belly with Dill Herb |
When I tried the Roast Beef in Mushroom Sauce, I noticed that it was the same with the freshly carved Roast Beef with the mushroom sauce option. Except that this was more covered in sauce.

F's Roast Beef is perfectly cooked as you can see the tender juiciness of the lightly pink meat. It's a must to taste F's Roast Beef whenever available.

Upon arrival at F's Restaurant, the dessert section by the entrance has all the sweet treats displayed to entice you to try them out!

I enjoyed all of their dessert selections! I love the cakes especially the one with pistachio and blueberry. The ice cream is also very good. It is so soft, thick and creamy in texture. The Pistachio flavor is delicious. The Bitter-Sweet Amaretto is as delicious as the pistachio. Imagine that cool rich bitter-sweet chocolate with a hint of almond plus the perfect soft, thick and creamy texture gently tickling your taste buds. Yum!
Overall, the experience was good but I'm looking forward to improvements on my next visit. Perhaps, I shall expect more specialty dishes and interaction from their chefs. I'd like to note that the servers are very keen in getting the empty plates and are attentive to meet guests concerns. F's service is the fastest service ever!
