Browsing through the net, many have declared Felymar's Bibingka as one of the best makers of bibingka (Filipino rice cakes) in the Metro. We've long been curious if it was true. After all, my family has been a lover of bibingka.
Super Special Bibingka (80 php) |
A few months ago, fellow Tsinoy Foodie Kurt finally gave us some to try. He told us that Felymar's Bibingka is the only bibingka place he has ever seen with so many dine in customers.
The Super Special Bibingka was still warm and wrapped in a brown paper bag when they arrived. We were all so excited to try it out. It was really fluffy and large in size. It had many ingredients such as salted egg, egg, cheese and kesong puti. Honestly, I prefer the utradintional bibingka because you get to appreciate each flavor more rather than being overwhelmed by the contrasting flavors.
Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
Felymar's Bibingka sells affordable bibingka with great proportions and many ingredients. But, I hope to try their Special Bibingka only since the Super Special Bibingka did not meet my expectations
