Seeing the recurring voucher deals for the buffet at The Peak at Imperial Palace Suites with photos of a luxurious selection, I decided to give it a try.
There were only a few choices available so I decided to try them all.
I had the Peking Chicken, Spicy Thai Noodles with Curry Sauce, Szechuan Tofu, Spare Ribs Royale and Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet. The Peking Chicken was pretty good. It was tender and savory. The Spicy Thai Noodles with Curry Sauce felt like spaghetti with peppered and sweetened mild curry. The Spare Ribs Royale and Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet were good but nothing extraordinary in terms of taste.

For dessert, they offered Fruit Salad and Buko Pandan which are as delicious as home-made ones.
They also have a Caesar Salad, sushi and Mongolian section.
Tsinoy Foodies Verdict
The Peak could do better by offering more selections and upgrading their food quality. This is one of the rare moments that I regret to go for a buffet.
