Dakasi: Delicious Gourmet Tea and Milk Tea Variants

After our dinner, my little sister was craving for milk tea.  We remembered passing by the Dakasi United Nations Branch in Malate before so we drove all the way there.  

Dakasi has a yellow star logo that's a gleeful as its complete bright yellow theme.  It's ambiance gives of a radiant happy mood.  It has branches in Taipei, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hongkong, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Bangkok and now in the Philippines. 

Although they have a parking area, the space inside is quite limited but still looks cozy and neat.  

Dakasi had so many drink options so we had to a bit of a hard time deciding.  The staffs were quite patience with us though and even gave us some advise.

♥ Matcha Brown Rice Milk Tea L (100 php) and Honeydew Milk Tea with Pearl L (100+10 php)

Special Milk Tea
My youngest little sister opted for the Honeydew Milk Tea with Pearl because she is not much of a milk tea fan and prefers it with some flavorings.  It tasted dominantly of fragrant honeydew.  It gives of a bitterish after-taste from the tea too which was not to my little sister's liking.  Although the pearls were a bit on the stingy side, it was soft and chewy.

♥ Charcoal Roasted Milk Tea with Choco Pudding L (90 + 15 php)

The Charcoal Roasted Milk Tea with Choco Pudding L is roasted milk tea with chocolate pudding bits. This is bolstered with fragrance and flavor.  

Matcha Milk Tea
I ordered the Matcha Brown Rice Milk Tea and I loved every sip of it.  It had roasted brown rice pieces floating on top.  I was a great balance of the bold matcha and the aromatic brown rice tea.  I prefer this over the Charcoal Roasted Milk Tea but only if I feel like drinking something heavy.

Japanese Style Plum Green Tea R (90 php)

My mom was reluctant in ordering so while she waited in the car, I bought the Japanese Style Plum Green Tea and opted for less sugar.  She enjoyed this.

Dakasi serves gourmet tea and milk tea variants that will not fall short of your expectations.  With its numerous selections, feel enticed to come back and try more and more of their drinks. They also deliver for a minimum of 300 php within the area.  However, we were told they don't deliver beyond 8 p.m. so if its a late craving like ours, better visit.
